The ordering process was honestly a breeze. I already had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, and the website made it simple to check the details and choose the right options. Everything I needed to know was right there. The delivery guys were terrific too, and the whole experience went exactly as I had hoped.

I've been enjoying my Chesterfield sofa ever since it showed up. The leather has a really nice feel to it, and the sofa itself looks beautiful in the room. I'm genuinely pleased with the choice I made.

The sofa looks lovely and is incredibly comfortable. I'm just as happy with the sofa bed, which has been such a nice addition to our home. Both pieces fit in perfectly. The service was great, and the delivery experience was just as good.

We went to the Los Angeles showroom first, and Mike and Lisa couldn't have been nicer. They actually knew the products and took the time to help us figure out which leather and color would work best. They even mailed samples to our home so we could be sure before committing. We got updates while waiting for our sofa, and it arrived wrapped and protected really well. I'd be more than happy to order from Chester & Stone again.

From the first time I called with a question to the day our furniture arrived, I felt like we were being taken care of. Adam was attentive and helpful the entire way through. The people who handled delivery were courteous, professional, and willing to work with us. Most importantly, the furniture itself is excellent quality. I'm very happy with how it all turned out.
